McCormick Distilling is located in Weston, Missouri and produces a wide range of spirits. It is the oldest distillery west of the Mississippi still operating in its original location.
Platte Valley Corn is made from 100% corn mash. The whiskey is distilled in column stills. The whiskey is aged for 36 months in unused oak barrels.
Bottled in a clay jug, which is reminiscent of the design of a hundred years ago.
