Planteray Rum FIJI 2019 Coffe Liqueur Cask Finish 45,4% Vol. 0,7l in Giftbox

These high-quality rums come mainly from the Caribbean and South America before being brought to France for their final refinement.

In Ars, France, the rums are stored for several months in small, decommissioned oak cognac barrels, which is known as "double ageing" and was already practised in the 18th and 19th centuries.

The Plantation Rum Fiji 2011 Single Cask Marsala Finish is subject to a specific ageing process. For the first 7 years, it matures in bourbon barrels, resulting in an expressive ester content of 47 g/hL.

It is then aged for 4 years in FERRAND barrels to refine and balance its aromas. Finally, this rum receives its characteristic finish over 1 year in Marsala casks and is bottled with a dosage of 0 g/L.

This maturation gives the rum a multi-faceted taste characteristic and a special note.
