The Phoenix 12 Years Old Blended Caribbean Rum Black Design is a premium blended rum composed of seven carefully selected rums. The individual rums come from various regions of the Caribbean and South America, including Venezuela, Guatemala, and Panama, and are each aged for 12 years before being blended together. After import, the blending is carried out by ETM Handels GmbH in Austria. To ensure that the different rum components can blend together optimally after blending, the finished blend is then aged in oak barrels for several weeks. This additional resting period allows the flavors to harmonize and gives the Phoenix Caribbean 12 its well-balanced overall character.

Phoenix Caribbean 12 Years Old is bottled at 40% ABV in a 0.5-liter bottle and presented in a high-quality gift box with a black design. The combination of seven different rums, twelve years of aging, and additional aging in oak barrels makes this bottling a unique variant within the Phoenix rum series.
