The symbol of the hare, which is the common thread running through this whiskey series, comes both from the field, like the summer malting barley, and from the forest, like the oak wood in which this whiskey matures.
This whiskey matures for 8 years in first fill bourbon oak barrel and thus gets its unique aroma and flavor notes.
