The Paladin Zogo Syrah wine is the result of a careful blend of Syrah grapes harvested at two different stages of ripeness. One part of the grapes is picked during the regular harvest cycle, while the other part is only harvested after it has reached a specific degree of dryness. This process contributes to the complexity and harmony of the wine. The Syrah is matured in steel tanks and sealed with a natural cork to preserve its quality.
