Produced by the traditional Casa Vinicola Paladin, this Italian Prosecco DOC stands for modern style and authentic enjoyment from northern Italy. As a Millesimato Prosecco, this sparkling wine comes from a single vintage and therefore clearly reflects the characteristics of the harvest year.
The basis of this Prosecco Extra Dry is the Glera grape variety, which is responsible for the typical freshness and aroma of a Prosecco from Veneto. It is produced using the Charmat method, in which the second fermentation takes place in a pressure tank. This allows the Prosecco Spumante DOC to develop its fine, lively perlage and clear fruit structure. With 11% alcohol by volume, this Italian sparkling wine is pleasantly light, fresh and harmonious. The magnum bottle of 1.5 liters is ideal for festive occasions, aperitif moments or social gatherings.
