Amico Filo is part of the Paladin winery tradition. In the dialect of the Veneto region, this word refers to a cheerful, convivial gathering that once took place at large country houses. Today Filo is presented in a modern way, but following traditions that have been appreciated for years by many faithful Paladin customers. The development of the mousseux is done by natural fermentation according to the Charmat method.
