Old Ballantruan is produced at the Tomintoul Distillery, in Scotland.Near the village of Tomintoul, in the Cromdale Hills, is a spring called Ballantruan.Unusually and rather atypically for the Speyside region, this whiskey uses very heavily peated malt.
