The namesake for this moonshine is Edward "Spike" O' Donnell, leader of the South Side O'Donnell Gang. O'Donnell had few scruples when it came to fighting with other gangsters in Chicago for supremacy in the alcohol black market, but at least he paid attention to quality and stuck to German-born producers.
O'Donnell Moonshine combines American moonshine tradition with German distilling artistry - resulting in a triple-distilled and filtered wheat spirit. Only the finest ingredients are used in the production process, and the wheat spirit is then bottled in original Mason Jars.
