The siblings and Nork founders Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer produce the Nork egg liqueur. Organic free-range eggs from selected farms in Schleswig-Holstein, as well as certified organic vanilla are used for the production. Taken are those eggs that are too small for the trade. The gingerbread eggnog is refined with gingerbread spice.
