The Nonino distilleries are unique in the world as they have five artisanal distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills.
Each of these distilleries represents a family member, and in addition there is a steam still for each grandchild, demonstrating the continued dedication to the art of distillation within the family.
Nonino Grappa Tradizione is made from the pomace of both white and red grapes and undergoes distillation in the characteristic copper steam stills. This special grappa was created to celebrate NONINO's 125th anniversary and is based on carefully selected Friulian grape varieties used for its production. This unique creation celebrates the long tradition and heritage of Nonino.
