The Nonino distilleries are unique in the world as they have five artisanal distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills. Each of these distilleries represents a family member, and in addition there is a steam still for each grandchild, demonstrating the continued dedication to the art of distillation within the family.
This grappa is made from carefully selected pomace from Fragolino grapes grown in the Nonino Buttrio vineyard in Friuli. Distillation takes place in a copper steam still.
