The Nonino distilleries are unique in the world as they have five artisanal distilleries, each equipped with 12 discontinuous copper steam stills.

The Nonino Grappa Chardonnay Barrique is characterized by the careful selection of Chardonnay grapes, which are aged in small oak barrels for a period of 12 months. This grappa is not only one of the oldest schnapps in northern Italy, but also a symbol of a long history steeped in tradition.
