The story of Nc'nean Distillery began in 2012 when Annabel Thomas had the vision to create a sustainable whisky distillery on the remote Drimnin estate in the Scottish Highlands. Originally known as Drimnin, the name was changed to Nc'nean in 2017 - a short form of Neachneohain, a legendary spirit queen in Gaelic mythology. The name is pronounced "Nook-knee-anne" and symbolizes the distillery's deep connection to nature.

Nc'nean Organic Gin is an exceptional organic gin from the UK, made with an exquisite selection of botanicals. As a sustainable distillery, Nc'nean consistently relies on environmentally friendly production methods and the highest organic quality. The gin is certified in accordance with GB-ORG-06 and impresses not only with its sustainable production, but also with its distinctive taste profile.

A sophisticated blend of ten botanicals is used in the production of Nc'nean Organic Gin. In addition to classic juniper notes, herbs, spices and floral accents ensure a multi-faceted aroma. The second distillation, which is carried out in cooperation with the sustainable Beinn An Tuirc Distillery, is particularly exciting.
