The Nardini Grappa Riserva 15 Anni is considered the flagship of the traditional Nardini house from Bassano del Grappa, the oldest grappa distillery in Italy. This exceptional Riserva exemplifies the centuries-old art of distillation, uncompromising selection of raw materials and exceptional maturity. Only pomace from Veneto and Friuli is used for this bottling, which is fermented immediately upon arrival at the distillery in order to preserve freshness and aromatic precision.
Distillation is carried out particularly gently with steam and under vacuum, a process that makes it possible to optimally preserve fine aromas and avoid unwanted sharpness. The grappa then matures for 15 years in large Slavonian oak barrels, a type of wood known for its subtle, structuring effect. During this long maturation phase, an exceptionally harmonious and profound character develops, combining strength, elegance and finesse. Bottled at 45% vol., this Riserva is balanced, complex and impressively long.
