The independent bottler brand is known for its high-quality cask finishes and its exceptional selection of single malts from Scotland. For this limited edition, a Glen Moray single malt from the 2017 vintage was selected and finished in an intense Pedro Ximenez sherry cask, giving the whisky a particularly deep and fruity aroma.
Maturation in a high-quality PX sherry cask gives this Scottish single malt whisky intense notes of dark fruit, raisins and sweet spice. With a strong 55.3% alcohol content, the whisky was bottled at natural strength and is therefore particularly full-bodied and aromatically concentrated. The combination of classic Speyside whisky and intensive sherry cask maturation ensures an impressive balance of fruitiness, sweetness and spicy depth.
