The Murray McDavid North British 13 Years Old 2011 is an exceptionally mature single grain Scotch whisky from the venerable North British Distillery – one of Scotland's oldest and most renowned grain distilleries. This exclusive edition was distilled in 2011 and matured for a total of 13 years, characterized by a special double cask finishing process: first in Murca Port casks and finally in sweet and aromatic Pedro Ximenez (PX) casks from Spinola.

This whisky was bottled at a robust 51.7% ABV, naturally unchill-filtered and uncolored, thus preserving its natural cask characteristics. The elaborate cask combination gives the whisky an intensely fruity, sweet and complex profile – a tastefully impressive symbiosis of softly matured grain whisky and the rich, wine-accented aromas of the casks used.
