The Mossburn Signature Casks range reflects the typical characters of Scottish malts. All whiskies in this range are first matured in American oak casks and then aged for a second period in bespoke copper-plated Mossburn casks. The Mossburn casks are produced to our own specifications. A distinction is made between Cask Bill #1 for the malts from the Iceland region and Cask Bill #2 for the Speyside region. All bottlings in the Signature Cask range are bottled without chill-filtration and without colorants.
The Mossburn ISLAND Blended Malt Scotch Whisky is a blend of Icelandic single malts that have been given a second maturation in the Mossburn Cask Bill #1.
