Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), Pinot Meunier (30 to 40%) and Chardonnay (10 to 20%) form the assemblage of the Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial.
Moet & Chandon's head cellar master Benoit Gouez, who composed this Ice Champagne himself, describes the product innovation as follows: "For the first time, a champagne has been composed that is specifically intended for consumption on ice. It is the perfect drink for spontaneous celebrations with friends on warm summer days."
