This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes, which thrive on the mineral-rich soils of the Vulkanland. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to ensure that only the best grapes are used. The wine is matured in stainless steel tanks, allowing the fruity and varietal aromas of Sauvignon Blanc to come to the fore.
