Distillery Rudolf Jelinek dates back to the 16th century. Since 1894 it has been officially run as a company in the municipality of Vizovice. Jelinek is the most famous distillery for fruit brandies. Both kosher slivovitz and fruit brandies from raspberries, the fruit of the aspen or rowan berries are produced.
Absinthe Verdoyante is a green absinthe with a lovely aroma of anise, fennel and wormwood. If you add a little water, the absinthe becomes milky.
