The special feature of Marzadro Gewuerztraminer is that it is made only from one grape variety, Gewuerztraminer. This grappa is obtained from the alcoholic press residues of the Gewuerztraminer vine and through the Bagnomaria distillation. Bagnomaria distillation is the distillation of the selected vines in a water bath. This grappa is aged for at least 3 years in small oak barrels.
