Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. The distillery is managed by Head Distiller Dr. Jim Swan and Tomer Goren.
The Peated Single Malt was produced in Israel - from raw material to distillate. It belongs to the ELEMENTS series which consists of two other bottlings.
It is aged in former American bourbon casks and in former Islay casks from Laphroaig.
The whiskey is bottled without chill filtration and additional colorants.
