Louis Roederer Champagne Collection 245, a tribute to taste and pleasure, consists of 54% grapes from the 2019 vintage. The cellar master creates a new symphony every year, inspired by the special features of the year, complemented by wines from the Reserve Perpetuelle and reserve wines aged in oak barrels.
The Reserve Perpetuelle accounts for 36% of the collection and stands for balance and freshness. In addition, 10% are wines from earlier years and young parcels of Cristal, which are matured in French oak. Collection 245 matures for around four years in the cellars and develops an impressive depth.
Meunier grapes give it a soft fruitiness that perfectly complements the more structured Pinots Noirs and Chardonnays. Collection 245 is an exceptional champagne that perfectly reflects the art of the cellar master and the diversity of the grapes.
