This designation refers to the many myths and stories told about Mexico. The number 7, however, identifies the 7 bottlings of Los Siete Misterios.
Each one of these mezcals is made from a different agave variety. The brand's goal is to support and represent the traditional production methods, customs and culture of Mexico.
Doba Yej, means Espadin in the ancient Zapotec language. Made this mezcal is made from high quality Espadin agave in a copper pot still.
