Lillet is a brand of the French spirits group Pernod Ricard. In collaboration with the University of Bordeaux, Lillet was given a new lease of life. Taste and appearance were adapted to the time and so he is now very popular with young and old.

Lillet is made from wine and fruit liqueur.

In 1887, in the south of Bordeaux, Paul and Raymond Lillet created this aperitif. Today it is also called the "aristocrat of aperitifs".

Lillet Rose is a fruity wine aperitif, refined with orange liqueur. The fruits used for this aperitif come from Spain and Haiti. First they are cold macerated and then refined with a secret blend of a red fruit liqueur. The liqueur used is made by the cellar master himself in Podensac. Even today, a pinch of quinine is added to Lillet Rose, according to the Lillet brothers' recipe.
