Laurent Perrier Champagne Ultra Brut is composed of 55% Chardonnay and 45% Pinot Noir. Only grapes with a high potential alcohol content and low acidity are used in the production process, which makes it possible to achieve the perfect balance of the wine without dosage. After a maturation period of six years, the champagne is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
