The champagne begins with the vinification of the grapes Chardonnay and Pinor Noir. Then the cuvee is made, mixing different wines to achieve the desired taste. Now yeast and sugar are added so that the wine can ferment in the bottle for the second time.
In a cellar, after a certain period of maturation, the bottles are tilted and turned.
After the final sealing of the bottles, the champagne continues to mature until it is released for sale.
