A rare rum from Piribebuy, a small town in the South American country of Paraguay. The Castilla/Fortin distillery pays tribute to the town's heroic history with its name, is known and respected for its focus on the production of 100% organic rum and was awarded the prestigious "Best Distillery in the World" prize in 2015. This carefully selected bottling is a real jewel of this collection thanks to its long aging and final taste revolution in barrels ,of the prestigious Fino-Sherry variety.
