Kuebler Absinthe 53% Vol. 0,5l in Giftbox
Kuebler Absinthe 53% vol. 0.5 l + GB is a traditional Swiss absinthe from the famous Val-de-Travers, the birthplace of real absinthe. The roots of the brand go back to 1863, when the Kuebler family distilled their first absinthe in the Neuchatel Jura. After almost a century of prohibition, Yves Kuebler, the great-grandson of the founder, brought absinthe production back to life on October 10, 2001. Since its legalization in 2005, absinthe can once again be officially produced and sold in Switzerland - and Kuebler was one of the first producers to continue this tradition in its original form.
Kuebler Absinthe 53% is a modern interpretation of the historic recipe, which has been carefully reworked to perfectly combine authenticity and taste. It is made exclusively from natural ingredients - with no artificial additives or colorings - and uses mainly herbs from the Val-de-Travers, including green anise, star anise, fennel, lemon balm, hyssop and coriander. However, the most important ingredient remains wormwood (Artemisia absinthium), which has been cultivated in the region again for a number of years and shapes the characteristic, aromatic-herbal profile.
