This Junmai Ginjo was specially created for a sakura party in Japan and released during the sakura season (cherry blossom season). As in the previous year, the sake rice for this vintage comes from Yamagata Prefecture and bears the name "Dewasansan".

This unfiltered, slightly cloudy sake is characterized by a gentle fragrance and a fresh taste, accompanied by a slight sweetness. The sake is presented completely unpasteurized, which preserves its natural purity. The light rice dust, reminiscent of falling cherry blossom petals, gives it a special note. Coarse filtration makes the sake milder and the rice lees ensure a bright and elegant taste.
