Weinhof Knoebl is located in Dienersdorf near Kaindorf, in Eastern Styria, surrounded by vineyards and a wine tavern, which offers visitors the opportunity to taste wines and juices on site. The farm is run by Fritz Knoebl, a master winemaker who has completed his Silberberg training. He took over responsibility for wine production at the age of 17, after his parents, the founders of the business, had placed their trust in him. In 2012, he officially took over the management of the winery. Today, various Styrian wine varieties are grown on an area of around 5 hectares, supplemented by around 2 hectares of apple and apricot orchards.

Knoebl Scheurebe is made from 100% carefully selected Scheurebe grapes. This versatile white wine variety was developed at the beginning of the 20th century by Georg Scheu at the State Institute for Vine Breeding in Alzey and has since gained a firm place in the world of wine. Scheurebe is particularly widespread in the wine regions of Burgenland and Styria, where it develops its typical character due to the unique climatic conditions.

After careful ageing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap to preserve its freshness and aromas.
