Kilchoman MACHIR BAY Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky represents the deep heritage and independent craftsmanship of the Kilchoman Distillery, which was established as the first new distillery on Islay in 124 years and is now one of the island's last remaining independent distilleries. Named after one of Islay's most picturesque beaches, located near the distillery, Machir Bay reflects the rugged nature and beauty of its homeland.
This special single malt is produced in traditional pot stills, and it is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, giving it exceptional depth and complexity. Kilchoman is known for bottling all its whiskies without chill filtration and without the addition of coloring, ensuring the purity and quality of the whisky.
