The Kavalan single malt whisky matured in a carefully balanced combination of Oloroso, Pedro Ximenez and Moscatel sherry casks, creating a multi-layered, harmonious aroma profile. This triple sherry cask maturation gives the whisky depth, structure and a pronounced fruitiness without losing the typical clarity of the Kavalan style. Bottled at 40% vol., this Taiwan whisky is balanced, smooth and long-lasting.
