The Kaiken Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 comes from the heart of Mendoza, Argentina's most important wine region, where the Cabernet Sauvignon grape thrives under ideal climatic conditions. The Kaiken winery was founded by Aurelio Montes, one of Chile's most renowned winemakers, with the goal of combining the best of both sides of the Andes: Chilean expertise and Argentinian terroir.

The vines for this wine grow on stony, well-drained soils at the foot of the Andes, at high altitudes with cool nights and warm days. These conditions ensure slow ripening, intense fruit aromas, and an excellent acidity structure. After hand-harvesting, the Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented in stainless steel tanks and then partially aged in French oak barrels, which lends the wine structure and finesse without overpowering the fruit.
