The carefully selected grape varieties combined in this cuvée draw on the diversity of the heathland and benefit from the warm location combined with mineral soils. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol., the IRO Special Blend presents itself harmoniously and balanced. Aging takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in oak, which optimally balances fruit and spice.
