This rum is produced in the Distillerie du Simon.
Used American white oak barrels are used for storage. This rum got its name because the producers wanted to create a tribute to the USA and therefore also to the Wild West, cowboys, saloons and sheriffs.
This blend is relatively young. It matures in bourbon barrels for only 3-4 years. These are specially selected and come from Kentucky and Missouri. The rum is distilled from pure sugar cane juice.
