In 2012, Hillinger was named "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, underlining his outstanding role in the wine industry.

This fruity, sparkling Secco is first fermented as still wine in steel tanks before being carbonated and de-alcoholized by vacuum distillation.
