Jack without Dad" is an exceptional white wine cuvee created by Leo Hillinger Junior, also known as Jack, inspired by the guiding principle "Without Dad".
This white wine combines the Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay grape varieties. It is matured through spontaneous fermentation and 20 months of ageing in barrique barrels. With a storage potential of up to 10 years and a natural cork stopper, this wine promises a long-lasting enjoyment experience.
