Hillinger HILL Natural Cuvee 13% Vol. 0,75l
The entrepreneur as well as organic winemaker Leo Hillinger took over the Hillinger winery from his father in 1990 and has been constantly developing it ever since. Today, around 100 hectares of vineyards are cultivated. Hillinger wines are among the best wines in Austria, as well as in numerous other countries, with 30% of the wines produced being exported.
The winemaker's main goal is to leave the grapes on the vines for as long as possible, as this is when ripening is best achieved. After the harvest, further aging takes place in barriques, in wooden barrels or in stainless steel tanks.
