The Hillinger Gelber Muskateller 2025 stands for an aromatic, lively Gelber Muskateller from Burgenland that combines freshness, fruit and varietal typicity in a particularly clear form. The 2025 vintage is light-footed, playful and at the same time precisely structured. With an alcohol content of 11.5%, the wine is balanced and animating, with a clear focus on freshness, fragrance and drinkability. It is matured in stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the varietal aromas unaltered.

After fermentation, the wine matures for three months on the lees, which gives it additional juiciness and structure without losing its lightness. The style is dry and fruity, supported by an animating acidity that gives the wine liveliness and freshness. Bottled with a screw cap, the aromas are optimally preserved. It has a storage potential of around two years, although the wine reveals its full expressive power particularly when young. This Gelber Muskateller is ideally served at a drinking temperature of 7 to 10 °C.
