The Hillinger Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a structured and long-lasting Austrian quality red wine that interprets the international Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety with a Burgenland signature. Produced by the renowned Leo Hillinger winery, this vintage stands for depth, maturity and precise barrique artistry.

The grapes are fermented in steel tanks and remain on the skins for five weeks to achieve maximum structure and extraction. The wine is aged for 24 months in barriques, one third of which is new French oak and two thirds used French oak. This combination ensures complexity, elegance and a finely balanced tannin structure. With 13.5% alcohol by volume, the Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is both powerful and balanced. The dry style is carried by a well-supporting acidity. The ageing potential of up to 15 years underlines its structure and maturity.
