The Highland Park Distillery was founded in 1798 and is one of Scotland's oldest and most renowned whisky distilleries. Located in Kirkwall on the Orkney island of Mainland, it is Scotland's northernmost distillery. Surrounded by rugged nature and stormy seas, Highland Park whisky reflects the unique climatic conditions of the Orkney Islands. Today, the distillery is part of The Edrington Group and produces around 2.5 million liters of whisky annually.

The Highland Park 12 Years Old Viking Honour matures in a combination of American oak and sherry casks, giving it its distinctive aromatic diversity. Maturation in these select casks ensures a perfect balance between depth and complexity, making this whisky a true classic.
