Pastis from the house of "Henri Bardouin" contains only natural ingredients. The Pastis named "Henri Bardouin" cannot be compared in any way with any traditional Pastis, a mass product that can be found in any supermarket. This is because it is made yellow by dyes, whereas the pastis "Henri Bardouin" develops its colour by adding star anise.
These are mainly: star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves, sage, cornflowers, black pepper, white pepper, cardamom, St. John's wort and clays.
