The Heinrich Blaufraenkisch Burgenland 2024 is exemplary for the leading variety of Burgenland and expresses its unmistakable character clearly and authentically. Blaufraenkisch is considered the defining grape variety of the region and shows its full strength here in combination with its origin and craftsmanship. The vines thrive on deep loamy soils around Deutschkreutz, which give the wine its intense fruit, structure and distinctive mineral spice. The grapes are hand-picked, carefully processed and then matured in barrels, creating depth, balance and elegance without losing their youthful freshness. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, the 2024 vintage is powerful, juicy and accessible at the same time.

This Blaufraenkisch from Burgenland has been deliberately vinified in such a way that it is already a pleasure to drink at a young age, but at the same time provides substance and structure for further development. Ageing in wood supports the natural fruit and provides additional tension and length. Especially at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 °C, the wine develops its balance of fruit, spice and mineral depth in an ideal form.
