The Las Cabras de Pese distillery in Panama is a partner distillery of Green Tree Distillery, the oldest distillery in Europe. The Master Blender of Heffron is Francisco Fernandez, also known as Don Pancho. He already has more than 50 years of experience with rum production.
In 2019, the production of Heffron was started. This year marked the centenary of the American ship Heffron. The ship transported Czechoslovak legionnaires back to their homeland via Panama.
This rum is aged for 10 years in carefully selected sherry, bourbon and cognac barrels.
