The Hatozaki Whiskies are produced in the Kaikyo Distillery, which owes its name to the famous AkashiKaikyo Bridge.
The Yonezawa family has been brewing sake in their own Akashi-Tai brewery since 1856, and in 1917 they started distilling other spirits.
Hatozaki PURE MALT is a blend of 100% malt whiskies, aged in ex-Bourbon, ex-Sherry and Mizunara oak casks.
