The Hannes Reeh winery is located in the well-known wine-growing region of Andau, which is close to Lake Neusiedl. With 2400 hours of sunshine, Andau is one of the sunniest places in Austria. The vines grow on gravelly soils and have to make do with very little rainfall (450mm).Hannes Reeh has been solely responsible for the vinification of the wines since 2007. The winemaker is an unconventional man, self-confident and determined in pursuing his plans. UNPLUGGED are wines that are produced without any frills, but with a lot of feeling for the rhythm of nature. No fining agents, no enzymes and no cultivated yeasts. In good wine years, even without filtration.
