The grapes are harvested at optimum ripeness, resulting in an intense, colorful and expressive wine. The wine is matured for 4 months in French and American oak barrels that were filled one to two years previously. This gives the wine structure, spice and aromatic complexity without overpowering the fruit-driven style.
