The Green Spot Chateau Leoville Barton is a single pot still Irish whisky that is characterized by its Bordeaux cask finish. A mixture of ex-Oloroso sherry and American ex-bourbon casks are initially used for maturation.
The whiskey then undergoes an additional 12 to 24 months of maturation in former Chateau Leoville Barton Bordeaux casks.
This process gives the whisky its special aromas and characteristics.
